@shadowknight666: Well Urbs does have great reactions (once again, thanks to the new skills.), adrenaline would probably boost them quite a bit as well. I don't know if they would slow time down to fractions of a second.
@Urbs: True, However you have to think that it's not actual time manipulation, It's Perception. So he would see everything in fractions of it's original time, But he'd also be moving at that speed.
@_Radar_: Reaction and fight speed you mean, yeah. Urbs has an who knows level of that, but since i haven't stated anywhere that it was extremely high, i don't what to think of it. I once had an adrenaline rush where i could see in slowmo, but it was a one time thing. That was before my boost, so now an adrenaline rush would push me farther than that.
There are heroes, and metahumans overall. But any surviving ones have been forced into hiding. However many sign up will be the only ones that survived.
@shadowknight666: I mean I've been around for like three years...I feel the vets are the one's who have been here since day one. Everyone else is either an experienced/amazing writer or a newby.

Fleur Corentin-Arceneau. Daughter of Basile Corentin-Arceneau, an infamous superpowered con man that perished a couple years after the fall. Much like her father, she has amazing abilities that if discovered would make her an instant target of the I.S.A. Unlike her father, Fleur is far more idealistic, having been arrested numerous times for protesting against the oppressive I.S.A regime. Each time she has escaped, donning a new name and face. After so many new identities, she's had enough. Talk of revolution has begun to brew, and Fleur is more than ready to thrust herself into the thick of it. But she is still young, and her brash nature may very well get the better of her. Donning a simplistic green costume, she has adopted the name of Venin, and is preparing herself for what is to come.
I'm going to start work on it tomorrow. So hopefully by tomorrow, if not by Thursday. I would of started today, but I wanted to give it an extra day before I did. Not to sound like I'm being lazy, I've just been a little busy.

Gonna have things start slow. I'm kind of modeling how to start it after how LS did 1602. You have to give the guy credit, he's got a pretty good grasp on how to run an alternate timeline rp. So I'll have people go through their intro posts. The eventual aim is to get them all tied into the revolution at some point, whether it be willingly or under force of having the I.S.A. come after them. Once the revolution is assembled, I'm going to figure it out from there.

I haven't been able to finish it. Like I said, I'm getting stuck on something. I originally meant to have it done Wednesday, but got writer's block. Tried again on Thursday but got hit with pretty severe abdominal pain and couldn't write more than one or two paragraphs (which is why I did the thing for 1147 instead). I'm hoping to make more progress today and try to get it done.

Also, if anyone's curious or needs a reference.. I went with the ODSTs for the Enforcer's appearance, except the Enforcers have slightly bulkier armor.
This character won't be used until later on, but I'm putting him up now.
Chronos. A former mad scientist, Chronos used to be an insane time traveler who fought for the cause of good. He believed himself to of reached his full potential, that fate had done its work on him. He was wrong. One fateful event changed him for good, accelerating his powers to the point where he was practically a God. Though there was a silver lining in this loss of his humanity. He was sane. Clarity graced him for once, and he found that fate had now passed his final destiny onto him. At first, he tried to use his newfound godhood to help humanity. But this backfired horribly, forever changing the course of human history. Realizing that with godhood came neutrality, he took the name of Chronos and imposed exile upon himself. Deeming himself to be the watcher of all time in his reality, he waits, observing as these events unfold.
