Greatest writer of all time from the Vine tournament (Nominations

I did this three years ago and everyone really liked it. I would like to do it again but have more people involved. There will be 32 spots. You nominate 20 people and the first 32 to get five votes (to make this quick) get into the competition.

Hall of famers get an automatic spot because...well they are in there for a reason.

thats a damn good list the only people I would say be missing form that list would be Acer, X-23 and NeVann (yes I'm adding myself to that list :P) but I couldn't think of anyone to remove from that list to add them :/
