Welcome back, bro.
@eagle_of_the_east: @ferro_vida: Nope. He sealed his fate with me in season two I believe it was. When Willow was in the hospital and she was going to give Angel his soul back. She told Xander to let Buffy know and instead Xander kept quiet and encouraged her killing him. Freaking douche bag.
Then later one in one of the final seasons he walks away from Anya on the alter. Another douche bag move. His entire career was full of stupid moves. imo
@tank_: He made some mistakes. I'd have been all for killing Angel too. Remember he's a pedo and a murderer. Don't get me wrong, he's a great character and I loved his show but if I was in their universe I'd have completely backed the killing of Angel.
He grew a lot from season 2, and frankly (and this is as a fan of Angel) killing him would have solved a lot of their problems. And as for Anya... I hated her. That relationship was abusive and unhealthy, and that marriage was a terrible idea.
@eagle_of_the_east: I'm not saying killing Angel was wrong, but his (Xander) withholding information was a crappy move as a friend.
@ferro_vida: I know his character grew/changed, but I still don't buy the reasoning that someone gave. (Not sure who or where it was said) that while he was the only none 'super' member of the Scooby Gang, he was the glue to the team. Or something along those lines. He by all means was the weak link (not that, that was a problem) but also my least favorite character because of those things.
