Exalt
Formation
Before the Aliens arrived on X-com earth there was a renegade group of scientists that formed a loose knit community of Genetic scientist whose only goal was the betterment of humanity by improving the very base of our existence our own genetic structure. After the Aliens arrived Exalt grew into worldwide society gathering alien artifacts and samples this leads them into conflict with X-com which was looking for alien artifacts to use against the invaders. Exalt spent the first few mouths of their war against X-com on the run. Alpha squad spearheading the majority of anti-Exalt operations .
Dark days
During the Dark days Exalt grew in power and in success with X-com on the ropes they were able to operate freely allowing them to use the genetic modifications stolen from X-com to augment them. Soon they were able to start research on their final goal the Pinnacle effect.
The Pinnacle effect
The Pinnacle effect is a theoretical state of being that allow for instant adaptation to whatever that is presented to it and keeps the advantages of all previous adaptations. The state it’s self is highly theoretical but the beings this project has produced are some of the deadliest monsters both humanity and the Aliens have ever seen. The greatest of which is the new leader of Exalt, Lord
Rebirth and Strike-1
With the formation of Strike-1 Exalt was hunted down by X-com to the point where there HQ was destroyed. but Exalt was not finished yet Lord who was on assignment at the time of the X-com raid gained control of the shattered remains of Exalt and continued their research into Pinnacle .
The end of the beginning
When the temple ship landed on earth Exalt took their chance risking it all Exalt moved all of their agents to secure the Aliens Genetic information banks in the bowels of the ship. The aliens proved no resistance as they were busy fight X-com and soon Exalts scientists had the data the ship took off and self-destructed. Instead of being killed they were transferred here into the Vine verse to continue their evolution towards perfection. heaven help anyone who gets in their way.

Conversion
To make up for lost ground troops during their war with X-com Exalt has created a process of abduction and indoctrination to bolster their ranks by turning people into Half-men. Half men are “volunteers” whose DNA is spliced with an Alien Genome to produce a new being a loyal servant of the higher ups of Exalt.
Low tier
The low tier are slaves and minions that are heavily replaceable due to the simplistic nature of their DNA theses can be cloned with little fear of derogation
The Greymen
Fused with the DNA of a Sectoid the Grey men lose all individuality and become uniform slaves of Exalt. The Grey men operate via a hive mind and are completely dedicated to whatever objective they have been given. They would give their lives to achieve even the smallest of objectives. In combat they are the cannon fodder for Exalt and are armed with the weakest weapons. That said none should underestimate the tactical expertise of the Hivemind
The Bugs
The Bugs are the most inhuman of Exalt half men the human DNA is overwritten by the aggressive DNA of the chryssaldis and Thin men. Bugs look like larger more grotesque versions of the chrysalid with the added ability to to spit hyper acid at long distances. They lack the chryssalds ability to spawn.
Mid-tier
The normal solder of Exalt they are all converted humans a cloneing will lead to a degergaton of the DNA
Muts
The Muts are the standard infantry of Exalt they are hulking and bulky beings. They are stupid but strong their skin I s as tough as Kevlar, they have 1 tin strength and a limited HF they usually uses Gatling lasers they have limited free thought
Lurkers
Lurkers are the special agents of Exalt while they are deformed they inherent stealth capacity and limited invisibility make them great infiltrators . they have the greatest free will of the low to mid tires and usually operate outside of Direct over view of Exalts higher ups (positions open)
High Tier
Elite Muts
Elite Muts are Muts that after serving with distinction are upgraded. The Elite Muts are given top of the line Enhancements and power armor and Plasma weapons they are deployed when Exalt really wants something dead or protected (positions open)
Allied members
Having established themselves in this new world Exalt has opened positions of prominence in their organization (positions open)

Genetic Elite
The surviving Exalt members they have the genetic modification of X-com and more. The Genetic elite have hyper reflexes , toughed skin, TP resistance and counter TP abilities. They also generally have TP ability’s in low degrees. they are also given the deadliest Exalt weaponry they are always accompanied by an honor guard of at least 2 elite Muts. they are each given command over a small force of Half-men (positions open)
Supreme commander Lord
The Commander of Exalt, Lord is well known for being a powerful being he fought both Alpha team and Strike-1 and survived both occasions stalemating both of the Elite squads while he retreated . He is known to be a inhumanly skilled solder as his enhancements are well above those of his Genetic Elite. He is alos a powerful telapath able to match the Volunteer herself in mental combat while fighting thee rest of Strike-1
Current situation
They are setting up in Detroit to begin their expansion into this dimension.
