This is the Ooc for the upcoming Vampire Rpg. You can either lead one of the seven Vampire Clans below, be a member, or be a Vampire Hunter.
For centuries Vampires have lived and feed among humans. The Vatican Church has been aware of their existence from the beginning. A special agreement made in blood back before the birth of Christ as helped keep the peace between the Vatican and the Seven Vampire Clans. Specially trained warriors loyal to the Pope, known as Hunters, help keep the Vampire nation in check while securing the treaty and preventing an all out war.
However a careless and ruthless Vampire from the Malkavian Clan was caught while slaughtering the British Royal family. Now the existence of Vampires have been reveled and the World is in a panic.
The Vatican has given the Vampire Nation 24 hours to surrender all members of the Malkavian or be hunted down themselves. A special meeting has been called and for the first time ever the Seven Clans are gathering to discuss the recent events.
The Brujah are anarchists who're categorised as wearing biker jackets, tattered jeans, combat boots and such-like. They use raves, punk and metal concerts for political gatherings and they're the most violent of all of the clans. For example, Spike would be a Brujah.

The Gangrel are gypsies, bikers and vagrants. They're connected to animals of all kinds and can turn into any predator or scavenger they choose. They're loyal, despite their wildness, but they're careful about who they associate themselves with.

Ability to shapeshift
The Malkavians are incurably insane but they see it as a strength, they embrace it whole-heartedly. They're also the prophets, if their mad rantings can ever be interpreted. For example, Drusilla would be Malkavian.

Mind-control
The Nosferatu are hideous. They're deformed and twisted in appearance and so they hide themselves away in sewers, catacombs, cemeteries and other dark places beneath the sight of the human world. They're the information gatherers of the vampire world. They hoard it and use it to play the power games of vampire politics without ever being seen.

The Toreador are the artists of the vampire world. They're obsessed with anything they consider beautiful and will surround themselves with beautiful things. It's therefore clear that there is a deep animosity between them and the Nosferatu.

The Tremere are the magicians and scientists. They're very isolated, preferring to remain completely loyal to their own clan than to mix with others.

The Ventrue are the leaders of the clans, the Kingship Clan. They use politics and wealth to gain power in the human world as well as in the vampire world. They consider themselves to be the most powerful of all of the clans because of their scope of influence.

Hunters are all human and have no superhuman abilities. But you can have loads of gadgets/weapons and be masters of hand to hand combat and such.
Vampires will only have the powers associated with the clan they pick. Along with the normal superhuman strength/speed/reflexes of a Vampire.
As a Hunter you will be under the command of Jinx, and work for the Vatican.
Vampires can choose which clan they want to be in. First ones to call a clan can lead that clan of they so choose.
