Editman vs Sha

Fort Lee, Petersburg Virginia 0300 hours.

“I don’t know what this girl problem was but I know after a few moments it was gone nah mean!”  Sean could hear the crisp tap of his commander’s freshly polished shoes against the hardwood. Everyone in the room jumped into the barracks and turned the lights off as the commander peaked his head in.

“Alright everybody up!”  With the thunderous sound of his voice, the soldiers lined up about face, as the commander slowly started around them. “Everyone out everyone but Private Smith is dismissed to the commons” Sean’s chest began pounding he could feel his heart beating faster than normal.

The commander made sure everyone had exited he let out a deep sigh and then began to explain the situation to Sean. “

She’s a threat to this world Sean, she’s currently in Thailand, and if she has another rage burst she could possibly kill everyone in Southeast Asia.”

Sean knew he was talking about the alien he had found ages ago: Sha. “Fine what do I got to do mane?” The commander held up a piece of the mach 7, his wrinkly hands grasped the power cells to the only machine Sean were scared of… Editman… “F##CK no I’m not going back in that suit!” The commander placed his arms behind his back and moved towards the threshold turning around with a devil like smile. “It’s a direct order private” He closed the door and exited back to the command quarters.

Sean grabbed his cell phone and called home to his wife he sat through three ring cycles before his son Sean jr picked up the phone. “Yeah where yo motha at?, nah don’t wake her up tell her I’ll see her in a while”

Sean slowly walked the cold halls the PX to stock up on some Gatorade and other items to keep his mind focused.  The final wind gust sealed his fate as the loud speaker began to go off “Private Sean Lamont Smith please report to the command room.” Sean appeared there ready to go, he looked the mach 7 up and down and shuttered at the thought of actually piloting again.

He fastened the straps around him as the machine turned on, as the machine revved up the scientist began to inject xechcellum into the suit which would give Sean complete control over the suit’s flight system, and blast system.

“She’s in Southeast Asia, kill her without causing too much of a crowd” the stern commander hit CTRL, SHIFT ENTER and then suit became Sean, Sean became Editman. Lowering the United States Flag, the rumbling of the might humanoid machine, Editman flew off east towards Asia.

“Alright then!!! Let’s see if the tax payers got their monies worth!” he shifted the vessel into hyper flight. Lights passed him by, time it’s self seemed to be captivated by the huge man made machine as it ripped through the stratus clouds.

After a few moments in the air, he came across the island of Thailand; landing in kind of an abrupt manner he began to scan the island section by section.

 Thank God for him the locals weren’t interested in him. Switching back to his regular clothes he asked a woman if he had seen Sha, showing her a picture of what Sha looked like last time the met.

The lady pointed to a high mountain, which had a small dojo sitting on the top of it. Sean took off into the air one more time this time landing in front of her Dojo.

For some strange reason he was sweating profusely. Shaking off the nervousness he opened the Cannon on his arm and opened fire on the Dojo. Hope to force Sha out into the open.

[ UFO located back at the dojo] Sha touched the side of her glasses turning them off , she crimson hair doused the side of her face  she turned back to see the black veil of smoke bellowing from the horizon.  [Target Identified… Editman] Sha thought the name was familiar but she couldn’t pin point what about him was familiar, she flew back towards her Dojo she watched as months and months of hard work and dedication screamed with flames. “I don’t know who you are and what you’re doing here, but you better radio back in to whoever made that metal suit for you and tell them to get you a nice Coffin to go with it!”

Sha pulled her gloves tight electricity began to surge from them; she activated her glasses [enemy is in a metal alloy suit your magnetism should do the job here]. She went for an elbow smash at Editman’s face, followed by a spinning heel kick. She then attempted to grab Editman in the head and crash her super powered knee’s into his gut. [Maybe you didn’t hear me before but he’s wearing a metal suit!]

Sha thought about it, finally coming up with a solution she extended her hands and a silver mist came off from her black gloves. Sha was attempting to crush him within his own suit, or at least to weaken it. She ran at him with full force, electricity surging from every limb she jumped into the air tucking her hands on her knee and put her head down.

She looked like a ball heading toward him with a red tail, when she got close enough she pushed her hands back and vaulted at him torturing her body so that she could attempt to drill kick him in the chest. Planting herself back on two feet she attempted to round house kick him in the jaw. [Your efforts appear to be futile it’s time for you to release your dark powers…] Sha knew the glasses were right; she bent down and touched the ground, the forces around her began to die, trees, grass even birds stopped flying, Sha looked at Editman with void in her eyes.

She touched the ground and five portals formed around Editman, she then disappeared and began to “wave surf them” firing huge shadow balls at Editman, the balls shrieked a horrible screech as they flew through the air toward her foe.

Sean looked on with anticipation as Sha didn’t make an appearance; he gritted his teeth at the sight of the burned dojo.

“Damn! I burned it for no reason!” he turned at the sound of a voice, the voice was like a innocent child but what made Sean tense was the rage that was behind the voice; Turning around to see a redheaded woman in a suit, with glasses.

 Sean’s instincts told him this was Sha, but his brain couldn’t register it. The last time he saw Sha she was wearing a cape and had blonde hair.

Sean looked down at the info pallet on his arm: Super Human Advance the prototype.

That’s what the Military was calling Sha, because the hadn’t learned her real name they identified her as a Super human and since she was an alien life form they added Advance.

 Sean figured the name Sha caught on and the public derived Shayla from that, the truth of the matter was that the United States military knew more about “Sha” then even she did.

“As a protector of the super-hero registration act I’m here to terminate you Sha!” Sean watched as she pulled down on her gloves, she then came in for an attack.

 “Awww sh!t!”  Her elbow hit his helmet creating a small dent in the structure, her fast spinning heel kick almost took him off his feet, and Sean couldn’t help ask why she was hand to hand attacking his suit, but the moment he saw the dents in the armor made him realized she was more powerful then the military had thought.

Editman began floating in the air as Sha began to concoct some type of electromagnetic energy; he felt a tug on his suit, and quickly put his hand on the eject button in a case that things got bad.

“Sh!t they sent the wrong damn guy for this!” he ejected as the suit began to crumble under the pressure of the force. Looking back on what was once his suit he opened a capsule and tossed it on the ground, a new suit appeared as he quickly strapped up and prepared to engage her.

Sean quickly pushed to the left with his foot and dodged the drill kick; he dug his feet into the earth and came to a tough stop.

Looking back at Sha who know had a dark presence about her, Editman could just hear a noise nothing was visible to him at first, until he saw the five gaping portals, he was ready to fly out of the death trap until Sha appeared on top of one of the portals and began to fire huge energy forces at him.

 Sean was able to maneuver throw the first 3 balls but he was hit in the chest by one and it knocked him into a nearby tree.

 “Damn, this is worse than getting E.J up in the morning for school” Sean managed to get back to his feet pushing his hands forward he released a huge force of energy, trying to knock her back with his telekinesis.  He Flew towards her light a dart he had a purple energy wave surrounding him, when he got into a good striking range he darted up in a “L” like manner and then released his psycho energy the purple wave pierced the atmosphere towards Sha spiraling like a whirlwind, a direct hit could be fatal but he didn’t want to under-estimate Sha. 

The momentum his attack built up created an updraft of dirt and debris. Sean’s eyes began the glow blue as the most quickly parted leaving nothing but the area that had been attacked.

Sean closed his eyes he knew that closing your eyes during a fight was a fatal move but if his attack didn’t finish off Sha he didn’t want to look her dead in the eyes, because that would mean she wasn’t dead…

Sha smiled as she stood standing on a tree stumped at the entrance to the forest path, it was only a matter of time until Editman would be finished off so she was planning her departure. [I wouldn’t underestimate him Ziccarra... you know that he could very much well still danger you] Sha wasn’t trying to hear it. Sha looked over towards Editman who was pushing his hands forwards {sensors picking up strange force!] Sha saw the grass blades push forward as a huge burst of energy pushed her backwards into a tree. Her spine slammed into the tree cracking it in half, the momentum of the blast carried her down the hill until she stopped slowly.

[I told you under estimating any opponent is grounds for death let’s just be thankful you didn’t get killed this time] Sha dug her fingers into the moist could soil and began climbing back of the dirty mountain. Once she made it back to the top she picked the leaves and dirt she had accumulated on her trip down the mountain. Sha took the time to look around her surroundings, Editman was nowhere to be found, [opponent is above] Sha cocked her head back and glanced up [opponent advancing!] Sha looked as Editman streamlined towards her; she braced herself by preparing for intact.

When he was close enough for her to feel his breathing he darted up into the air, Sha could see some type of purple energy forming around Editman, she quickly put her hands on her glasses to see what kind of energy was being processed [I don’t know what that is Sha be careful it has a radiation output of over 9,000!]  Sha looked at the beam he fired and braced her for it. The dirt around her began to blow, the beams force pushed Sha towards the ground but she tried to repel his attack with a beam of her own using her light energy.

Sha’s beam quickly matched his, creating a huge bright light in the sky, Sha couldn’t hold the beam any longer she allowed her energy to burst causing a reaction between the blasts which erupted in a nuclear like explosion. The hurricane like winds hit Sha like a wall of water pushing her 25 feet away from the impact zone. [Sha your right arm and left hip are broken!] She could barely see the scene was that of an old WWI movie a ugly green veil colored the area, Sha could move freely stepping over fallen trees and other obstacles. She could do nothing but hold her arm and her broken hip, vision was cloudy so she couldn’t see. Suddenly the forest became quiet as if no life existed, Sha looked around for Editman, she didn’t know if he had escaped the blast or not but she knew the fight was far from over.
