The Diamond Base is the general HQ of Diamond Dogs, an organisation led by TheBigBrother, and second in command Michael Holmes, an organisation fighting against superhuman threats of all sorts, funded by TheBigBrother himself, built from the ground up. The Diamond Base's structure shifts on a regular basis, but only with good purposes. It's located somewhere in the ocean, with hundreds of soldiers, brought from many, many countries, operating in this base, and many units such as the combat unit, the spy unit, the medical bay, the cooking bay, etc. etc. Upon being visited, The Diamond Dogs do not react with hostility, whether or not it's an enemy, unless they know they are able to take them down easily. Instead, they go with coordinated, calculated plans.
