As for Arabia, it's funny you say that, because they love all the technology over there, they love new things, but they're very traditional, with a heavy emphasis on family life. For example, they eat many foods together on the floor with no cutlery, just using their hands. I get how that can give the image they're ancient :P

That could be nice though in a way. Traditions are comforting. Though I was more on like an ancient history typa feel with that... Sumerians and mythos, etc. It's what I study lol Though I've only taken one class on that part of the globe so far.

@raiiyn: Nah, they're modernised, they just give the image of being ancient like through their clothes, customs and you know...

@andras_: Now, sure. But current events and people rarely attract my attention. I'm more into manuscripts, folktales and artifacts ^.^

It might seem that way, if you read novels, or see movies, or sometimes even in historical text, the olden days are kinda romanticised, but I get you. If I could go to anywhere at any time, i'd to take a trip to Renaissance Italy, life seems much simpler back then, plus the arts flourished.

Well, yea definitely romanticized too much but also a lot more interesting. More to explore, more to learn, different landscapes and scenery... I'd just rather had dirt roads than cracking pavement, smog and metal towers blocking the sun.

That would be super cool! I definitely like the renaissance though my heart lays further back in time ^.^

How far back? Medieval? Time of Christ? Ancient Greece?

@andras_: Well, I do love prehistory and adore ancient civilizations... but particularly my area of study is from around 300 AD to 1500 AD. And mostly in regards to Anglo-Saxon and Celtic histories. Though I do love Rome and all that came before it. ^.^

And for the last hour I've managed to post and play mass effect at the same time :o

But Mass Effect 3 (SP) is an awesome game. I found ME2 to be pretty repetitive though, all just recruitment and loyalty missions.

@andras_: I honestly only played the first on xbox and I only am playing the third because SC told me to get.. so I borrowed it from a friend to play with him online lol

For COD, I only really play zombies lol

@raiiyn: What's your highest? I've gotten to the late round 30s or early round 40s with my uncle on Der Riese, long time ago so I can't remember. Two player is easier and faster.
