There's a party at Addams Estate. Every night it happens, but this time it's different. A botanical garden filled with the rich and famous. All because there is no more war. No more bloodshed. No more dread. Happiness exudes off those who dance. And as drinks cascade onto parched lips, the estate's proprietor oversees bliss while standing at the top of a diamond encrusted staircase. "Ladies and gentleman." She tapped her glass of gin once, twice, and finally thrice.
Lucrative cameras shot upward as the sight of Miss Michelle enamored just about everyone. From her hypnotizing hips to her crimson tinted curls, her beauty knows no bounds. "I'd like to say just a few words." A televised event meant for the nation began streaming without a second's delay. She smiled a pleasant smile as her violet eyes came across a president dressed in opal white. His appearance gave her the chills and she longed for that feeling.
"We have lost brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers, uncles, aunts, and cousins. We have lost boyfriends, girlfriends, wives, and husbands. We have lost loved ones and ones that will never know love. And with all this lost there comes a period of grief and I understand this. No matter your creed loss is something no one should ever experience, it's a curse we've all been plagued with. My heart goes out to every family who has felt--", she teared up, tears shed for the loss of Noah, but she wouldn't collapse in front of hundreds. She wouldn't falter in front of critical characters.
"I just want the American people to know things will get better. It'll take time but it will happen. We will get stronger and t-the only way for that to happen is if we support our leader", she pointed in the direction of Orpheus Ziev.
"He has made mistakes for trusting to much, but doesn't that show how humane your president is? He is kind. He is smart. He cares for this country's health more than most know. I believe in him. And although reporters and billionaires try their hardest to sully his name, I believe in Ziev. And it pains me to know that some Americans don't want progression or tranquility. I know the strain war has put on the people and I've done everything in more power to make people smile again. It's why this estate is always open. It's why parties are thrown every single week. Right now, wherever you are, I ask that you smile! Smile for your loved ones. Smile for yourself. Smile for tomorrow. Smile because you deserve to feel safe. Safe in the arms of your nation. War no more! Everything will get better. Everything will get better so long as you give your president a chance to make up for what's happened. Just give him a chance and I promise things will get better. Screw the naysayers. Take pride in your nation! Take pride in learning from mistakes! Smile and let the world know America will always stay strong!"
Miss Michelle rose her rose colored glass, fireworks bursting on the horizon, and in the distance she could see a man parallel to her position. A man finely dressed from head to toe, hair slicked back, and eyes a vibrant yellow. His smirk an illusive smirk, one that emitted grace but left the mind wondering.
