Because of a certain someone......I am now creating a second thread, one that will hopefully not see a repeat of certain someone's pointless flaming.
Some have said that the Axis powers of the second world war were defeated partially because of the many metahumans fighting for the Allies, who outnumbered the supersoldiers of the Axis as greatly as the conventional soldiers of the allies outnumbered those of the Axis. But the Kaiser of the new Holy Roman Empire is well aware of this, he has carefully studied the mistakes of the Axis Powers, The Warsaw Pact, and the Central powers and has made steps to avoid them, for this very reason he has formed the Ubermenschen Korps which will not only consist of the supersoldiers and metahumans that the Fatherland produces, but also of volunteers from around the world to help offset the greater number of metahumans that the nations of Britain, Russia, and America possess.
OOC: Like the Teutonic Order and Norseman Korps, members will be largely independent from the Streitkrafte, or the Armed Forces, members will each get your own corps of 50,000 combat men with assorted vehicles, non-combat specialists, and heavy weapons. The rankings of the Korps will be the equivalent of the American rank of Lieutenant General, and though members of the korps may be independent of the Streitkrafte, Norseman Korps, and Teutonic Order, members will still have to take orders from them if they have a higher rank, and vice versa. Finally, members will be given a thousand square mile fiefdom to rule over absolutely.
History and current Usage: The Korps was established immediately after the Teutonic Takeover of Germany in November of 2009 in order to combat the metahumans of other nations, and now the Kaiser has sought to expand it's membership by recruiting foreigners into it's rank. The Ubermenschen Korps is typically used as a spearhead or commando operations team, though it is used as a shock troop force almost as often. The importance of this korps to the military success of the Fourth Reich cannot be overstated.
Possible future missions and areas of deployment:
Greece: The home of the Olympians has openly defied us for far too long, it's time to put an end to their foolish resistance.
Anatolia/Turkey: Though they have lost Thrace and Constantinople, the Turks still oppose the Reich and it's allies. It's high time that the Turks are pushed back to their homeland in central Asia for disgracing the ancestors of the order in the crusades and for what the Ottomans have done to europe.
Egypt: The land of the Pyramids and a center of the Arab world, for defeating the ancestors of the orders during the crusades they shall pay dearly.
The Iberian Peninsula: Formerly the two nations that called this place home were the two strongest countries in the world, now they're just a pale shadow of their former glory, someone who needs to see the benefits of being ruled by the Reich and her allies.
Britannia: Anglo-saxons in England, the Celts in Ireland and Scotland, and whatever the hell the Welsh are, these Isles are rich in resources, and the Angles, Saxons, and Jutes that these people are descended from are kin to the Prussians and Bavarians of Germany, they should be reunited with the Fatherland.
North Africa: Rommel has tried and failed to take this land, succeed were the desert fox could not.
Arabia: The Heart of the Muslim world and home to nearly half the world's oil, this place must be captured to ensure that the Reich is totally independent from Russia's oil.
Iran: A place home to the second largest stores of natural gas, this place also must be conquered to ensure that the Reich is no longer dependent on Russia for Fossil Fuels.
Oceania: Our allies in Imperial Japan would very much like to take the continent of Australia and the Indonesian Islands, see to it that their wish is granted.
The Overseas territories of the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, and Britain: These lands are poorly guarded, and primarily focused in the Carribean, the Canary Islands, and Polynesia, they should be taken so that we will have the bases we need to strike out at the rest of the world.
Territories held by the Fourth Reich: Poland, Germany, Austria, Hungary, The Czech (ex)republic, Slovakia, Solvenia, Denmark, Iceland, Greenland, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria, Constantinople/Istanbul, Serbia, Bosnia, Romania, Ukraine, Belarus, Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Belgium, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Hungary, Croatia, Kosovo, Luxembourg, Lichenstein, Moldova, the first hundred miles of Asia minor's western coast.
Nations allied with the Fourth Reich: The Italian Empire, The Empire of Japan, & The Templar kingdom of Jerusalem.
