@.Ajax.: You're supposed to be on my side here. He's got no beast!
Create a Five-Man Squad!
@_Quickster_: EXACTLY! But that means that BY NATURE I'm not a villain, I'm just sadistic.
Therefore I am An Anti-Villain

Whole team would be dead before they completed the mission O_O
@Redletter: I Can guarantee you if either of those two men were involved it'd be like this...
"Alright O'Panell, Here are your two teammates so far, Ajax *shows picture*"
"WIZARD! A Rage monster? f*ck yeah!"
"And the hero Longsh-"
*Shoots self in the head*

Nothing like a socially awkward teenager with no concept of military tactics, a guy who focuses on ranged combat heavily and hates the powerhouse's guts, and a person with a very specific set of powers to add to a team of failure.
@Kratesis said:
Make Longshot the powerhouse, and Cain the hand to hand specialist lol.
YES! XD
The one thing Cain can't do battle wise is fight with his bare hands lol

Daaaaaaaaaaaaamnnnnn
Red September
- Leader: Mr. LeBeau. The Ultra-Sapien offers the genius required, and besides that he's what makes this a Red September team. He's got the resources to keep them in business, and the personality to keep a bunch of capes in line. In a fight he is worth his weight in gold, being one of the best hand to hand fighters on the entire planet. Really he's the only choice here. No explination should be needed.
- Infiltration: Young Longshot. My headcanon Paxton, who was inducted into a Red September training cell as a child rather than Horizon. He hasn't yet reached the peek of his abilities, but Dr. Franks regimen of pills makes him amazingly agile, grants him enhanced senses and wonderful stamina.
- Powerhouse: Mercy. Again, my special CVnU headcanon version. Young and yet to come fully into her true powers she's a solid fighter and a possesses the ability to create psychic constructs with her telekinetic powers. She is told that her powers are the result of the Ultra-Sapien program unlocking the true powers of her mind.. however she is a mutant.
- Hand to Hand: Legion. The super solider is tricked into signing up, and the ill deeds of Mr. LeBeau hidden from him. His shield, strength and generally enhanced body combined with his skills and senses make him a steadfast combatant in the Red September arsenal.
- Jack of all Trades: CVnU Mike. The rogue meta-human affairs agent hates mutants, likes money, and wants a break from fighting Creed. So he takes this job, getting temporary immunity for his crimes. Being an experienced agent, skill fighter, and expert bowman he can deal fairly well with virtually any situation.
