@kratesis: You should alter that to include if the Empire being invaded wants they can wave the Invading parties week long waiting rule. Who knows what I'll be doing in a week :P I might have brought down Halo myself by then lol

@quintus_knightfall: If you're game I can ask for a CoE vote to bring it down to three days in this particular instance? That's the minimum time for the take over of land in the Empire rules.

@kratesis: Do you need three days? If its just for this particular instance what is there to vote on? I'm ready, are you? If so lets kick start this thing :)

@quintus_knightfall: Well I want there to be a vote to keep me from going mad with power and breaking all my own rules lol. But if you wanna start it today that's okay with me if Pyro is cool with it and if the CoE votes yes unanimously.

@cassuis_slay_knightfall: Franks DNA was only part of the process. Charlagmane's own genetic code was the baseline foundation for the original U-Men. Meaning it was already evolutionary superior to todays human,metas, and mutants by centuries.

@mr_lebeau: No doubt, Frank has just given that baseline of superior DNA a bit of extra kick. Turbo charged it if you will.
