Canine turned his head towards the voice that came from the white-clothed man. "And i just stood still this entire time?" Suddenly the memory of Remoness approaching him popped into his mind, forcing him to look around to see if she was still inside, unfortunately she appaeared to have left.
Canine shrugged his shoulders in disbelief of what had all just happened. "Yeah been having alot of close calls lately, but death will come for me soon enough."
It is interesting being near so many other people...with such sinister minds....But i came here to get away from the action.with that she took a big gulp of her drink,which was a glowing red liquid with slices of some ind of fruit floating in it.
Canine recoiled, physically reacting to his disgust, but immediately composed himself. Sounds... Good... He barely could lie, reeling from the thought of consuming the vile drink.
And i thought you were the "Wild Side of Predators".she said with a sly grin as she slushed the drink.It's just some special wine that is soaked in a ice compound that absorbs light,giving it the glow,along with sliced dragon fruit.
Heads over to the pool table, reaching for a cue and chalk from the nearby counter. It takes him a couple moments to rack up the billiard balls with the triangle and places the white cue ball across, at the other end of the table and lines up his first shot to break up the rack. He takes a beat and slowly breathes, firing the shot into the right edge of the rack, knocking two billiard balls into the furthest corner pocket. Standing up with a proud expression on his face he rounds the table to line up for another shot. "I'm getting better at this."
Canine walks into the lounge, heading for the nearest table, as he sits down he is met with a waitress already holding a covered dining tray, she sits the tray infront of Canine and lifts the cover revealing a barely cooked steak. "Sirloin, Rare." The waitress announces to her customer who cracks a smile, dismissing the server immediately as he reached for the fork and knife. Just as he carves into the meat, Canine sits back for a moment, fighting a wave of sudden sadness. Unhappy with himself. With his life. His place in the world. His chemical imbalance is flaring up, overwhelming him with depressed thoughts. He tries to remain calm, sitting completely still, motionless as a struggle wages within the depths of his mind.
Canine moves towards the fireplace with the recliner chairs, his favorite spot within the entire building. He relaxes on the cushions of the chair that sat closest to the blazing flames and closed his eyes.
