A once parallel universe of Comic Vine has shifted its course and has collided with our own.
Now all the people through out history and the present have been affected by the intersecting of the worlds. 2/3 of the people have Blue skin and the other 1/3 has shades of Tan skin. The Blue skins felt superior and weren’t shy of showing it. Stoning, beheading, leaching, imprisonment, and bombing are some of the cruelties the Tans endured. Every aspect of life and culture was Blue skin or not. Now the Blues run the international government and the Tans live in the slums and ghettoes of the world. The Tans are now keen to survive. Some steel, others put on blue body paint, and the daring fight back.
One of the Blue Council, Man of Forever, has destroyed every co-leader and has declared his dictatorship over the world. He has relocated to the North Pole and that is where he lives and his orders are given. MOF has no RPG awareness, and is the only living glowing Blue. A few Tan skins remember the original CV and won’t rest until it’s restored.
You have the option of being a Blue skin or Tan skin. In this RP there is no “Blue” or “Red” in the sense of good and evil. Blues can be guards in the streets, bodyguards of MOF, or helpers of the Tans. Tans starts off in whatever part of the world they want (except the North Pole.) They can band together (the Vine teams) or go solo to stop MOF’s reign.
As soon as MOF dies CV will return to its normal state.
