I need two Chacters for control of

Iron man and pro reg

Captian America and Against Reg

Marvel Heros ( if yout ake these parts you can not control your normal chacter on the rpg)

I also need one person for the Newspapers that will be posted in the Fan fic maybe weekly.

Front Line - Photon(Chacter can take part in rpg)

Also when it gets started OCC in here

So are we fighting the real characters? I mean are the good and evil characters from the vine working togther?

The idea is that good an bad do what the want so you can join up with Ironman or cap or hide from it all,

Photon you are a newspaper reporter Like front line. Just report on things happeningin the rpg and events surrounding the Civil war , we can use Ideas they already used in the actually comic and work from there , The rpg will be set the day after Spiderman took of his mask

I don't think Buckshot's in it, too powerful to be fair. I'll probably use Ketch, that's the only reason I made him, for RP's. I don't know what side he's on.

Arrow is in control of the real heroes, so dont use them unless you get the okay from him. Arrow's comicvine character isnt in the rpg, he's just gonna control the Marvel U characters.

DC, you cant pick Photon up, thats an auto-hit, you cant move, touch, hit, kick, slap push or anything like that unless you get the okay from him.,

WTF?! Totally against the auto-hitting.
