how about just they brought me in prison and the guys started beating at me but someone else here came in your area and you got your powers back and beat up all those people in jail then jump out window and face your foe

If possible, that would be great. Just saying a sniper cop randomly appears in your home is kind of confusing and doesn't really make sense. Just because other people are being arrested doesn't mean you have to. Develop your own story before you go barging into others. It'll make your story make sense and all that better.

Ooc means Out of Character. Its were you post questions and what not. Say you were going to quit an rpg, you would post it here instead of the main thread. This way the story isnt interrupted. The basis is to make the story as smooth as possible, keep it flowing. Like a comic book, so people who arent in but still like to read a good story dont get flooded with out of character talk.
