A man raised from flesh and fire sculpted by a warlock whom wanted to raise a guardian golem. As years past the warlock aged but the creation did not and the power to control his creation became less. Eventually the time came when the warlock no longer was able to harness the power to command, which released his creation into the world.
Torment, a name given to him upon creation. Suited as his body was in a constant state of shape shifting creating muscle tissue and hardening into his final form. Without the guidance of his master Torment was learning things about the world on his own, such as how to feed, and blend in around the humans. Finding refuge in the streets, living as a homeless vagrant. Centuries pass, and his true form cooled solidifying into a protector his master sold his soul for.
His armor and cloak manifested by the same power that crafted him, able to shape shift at his will into protective armor or weapons. Without having a master to protect his chosen to safeguard was now the ones whom dwelled on the streets or those whom found themselves in distress within the streets. Torment, consumed the evil doers by draining their essence and filling their minds with retribution of ones they committed crimes against.
His eyes forever scouring the streets for crimes and those whom wish to threaten his chosen to protect.
