Blindsided, Jyasim vs Rook closed RP

"A hero, you picked the wrong man to fight kid"! Jyasim said to the man as his personal guard aims there F2000's at him. with a blunt, and with no remorse once-o-ever he orders his Hydra soldiers, "KILL HIM"! As Jyasim walks over to the wreck of his personal VTOL transport for his weapons his guards open fire at the masked man on full auto fire hoping to hit him as well as provide enough time and divert him away so Jyasim could get his weapons ready to help kill him.

Gothic city echo's with gunfire as a once proud city left in ruin for a long time then labeled a no-mans-land by the 2014's president Stark. now is a battleground as Hydra's Armor team one retreats back to Nevada Hydra HQ, Jyasim the leader of Hydra takes his time like its just another day of chaos on Earth and grabs a XM8 with Vibranium ammunition from the side storage compartment from the wrecked VTOL and walked over behind his men and loaded the XM8. "CLICK,CLICK". the guns loaded, now hes ready for the fight!

Earlier

The office of the Gothic District Attorney felt grim as Alexander Rook stood staring out the wide government window. His city was falling and their public servants were falling with them. He needed allies, in both terms as the Vigilante Vex and in the political ring as Alexander Rook. Good intentions were hard to come by these days as news of war in Venezuela and a new growing dictatorship threatened the Ukraine. He still held hope, however. Hope that he was not alone in his fight against crime, particularly in Gothic, the place he loved and called home.

"Mr. Rook."

His secretary broke him free his dismayed view upon the outside and he turned to her with a false smile, concealing his worries through pearly white teeth.

"The police just called. Apparently they shot down a aerial transport that was rumored to be carrying soldiers and members of a underground terrorist organization. They insist that you shelter yourself in this building's safe house."

This couldn't come at a worse time

"I'll meet you there then."He responded ushering her out of the room. She seemed hesitant to leave, but did so anyways. Alexander was an intelligent man and physically intimidating for a man at his age. He could take care of himself and she was well aware of that.

Now

The wreckage was hard to miss as smoke rose to the sky from the burning frame of the carrier. Vex was highly opposed to using RPG's or any weapons that could cause massive destruction, but he understood that the police were on edge. Not taking any chances on incoming threats or outside forces.

His fingers gripped the bricks of the building where the aerial vehicle landed as he made his way upwards in a rather fast pace. He performed a perfectly executed front acrobatic flip at the final few feet of the building, his kevlar reinforced rubber boots landed like feathers as his lower body met the roof top. It would be an amazing feat if someone, anyone would survive the crash. Yet, this was Hydra, infamous for being persistent.

Almost as if they were waiting for him, a small squad of 5 men swarmed out of the wreckage with advanced weaponry that Vex had never seen before.

Shit.

The screeching of the bullets ricocheting off the concrete howled while Vex moved through the hail of gunfire like water. His fluid movements and evasions were impressive through years of hardened training and this was childs play. Until what looked like the leader emerged with a much more menacing weapon.

"SHIT!"

He sprinted towards the new target in an attempt to disarm him before he could pull the trigger. The closer he reached he tossed an eagle shaped boomerang at the assailant's head while simultaneously sliding with his left leg leading forward.

With a swift arm reaction he catches the eagle shaped boomerang out of the air and starts to open fire with his XM8 assault rifle with one hand letting his exo suit do most of the work in the recoil business. missing his shots he throws the boomerang away just as the hero's left leg hitting Jyaims leg, not budging him he said to him as he points the XM8 at his head point blank, "Do you think you ever stood a chance"? Jyasim continues as his guards step to up to him pointing there guns at his head, "Vibrainium is very helpful with dealing with mutants no, i bet you will make a fine addition to Hydra when we make you comply".

BOOM!

A large explosion happened at street level. As one of the soldiers looked over the edge of the rooftop he see's Gothic city police officers breaching the building from the first floor! "Sir, its the cops"! One of the guards said to notify Jyasim. "Take care of them, leave this pathetic hero to me, if he wont cooperate ill finish him"! Jyasim said to his guards. As a fire fight ensues inside the apartment building Jyasim still pointing his XM8 at his head said to him, "so will you cooperate or shall i kill you"?

Vex's slide was stopped abruptly by the soldier's armored leg. He underestimated the strength and durability of the armor that he was wearing and took a mental note of it's density when he made contact. Had it not been for his own kevlar armor, it was highly possible that the momentum would have broken his own leg in several places.

Vex glared with a cocky grin at the barrel of the gun that was pointed directly to his skull,

"I guess I wouldn't know considering I'm not a mutant."

The sound of an explosive detonating at the ground floor caught the attention of the other soldier's but not the leader. He maintained his calm and held the gun firmly.

The police are seriously pissing me off. The lack of a commissioner has made them reckless and foolhardy.

"You seem new to the city so I don't know if you've heard. I'm Vex. The Crimson Crusader. The Incorruptible Champion and Gothic ass kicker."

He finished his rather arrogant introduction sliding his feet together against his enemys' into a scissor kick like vice grip while synchronously pulling. This move would use the weight of his foe's exoskeleton against him providing Vex with enough leverage to pull him to the ground.

"SMACK"!

Jyasim hit the ground in a loud BANG. "You impudent little...."! Jyasim staggers to his feet and gets up to go and to hand with Vex. loosing his gun a few feet from him he ignores it and relies on his suits power output to give him an advantage. "Who needs a weapon when my hands can crush your skull"! Jyasim go for the a low jab to the chest to try to knock the wind out of him hoping to hit.

Meanwhile, the Hydra special ops soldiers fight the cops inside the apartment building tearing threw walls and rooms with gunfire. Two Gothic SWAT officers get gun down by one of the Hydra spec ops soldiers on the fourth floor at the staircase entrance. Another 5 Gothic SWAT officers get killed by a grenade thrown down a hall by a Hydra special ops soldier as one of them calls Hydra command for EVAC.

"That's the spirit!"

Vex exclaimed noticing the Hydra operative disarming himself from his futuristic rifle. Normally it would take a few minutes of berating, taunting and jabs for his enemies to resort to a physical brawl as opposed to weapon projectiles. The fight between them, however, only grew more intense with hand to hand combat. Vex had almost completely forgotten that the soldier's armor was not only protection for him, but an augmentation.

He jabbed x4, alternating his fists in locations where the armor pieces seemed to meet together and leaped up with both feet extended to perform a drop kick to the chest that Vex would use to roll away from. He needed to end this fast so he could protect the lives of the law enforcement officers below, their grunts of pain being heard from the stairs.

Some how this man found a weakness to his exo suit and without knowing caused it to lock up in defense mod! Not being able to move do to defense mode, the Vibranium exo suit was fully voice activated in the case of something like this happening. "Now your really irritating me". Said Jyasim, still this masked hero didn't know that his suit was built for combat, "Defense mode disengage". Jyasim said as his exo suit unhardens at the exact moment the masked man lands a drop kick to his chest and knocks him back a few inches and he bounced off Jyasim and at the same time his feet connected he launches a mini sticky grenade out of underneath his wrist like spidermans webs and if mad contact can leave a gash in his right arm exposing bone and muscle!

Downstairs in the apartment building Jyasims guards head back up to the top floor where they got word over there secure radio's that a Ravjet would be there in 90 seconds to extract them and evac them to safety. Jyasim runs towards the stirs that lead inside the building hoping to meet up with his guard before the sticky grenade goes off.

To his amazement, the suit was rendered immobile from Vex's targeted jabs. His intention was to hinder his opponent, not completely paralyze him. Luck seemed to be on his side in this fight...For now. Rebounding off the armor's exterior chassis, his wrists felt a subtle difference in pressure and weight. Mid air he glanced to his fore arm and revealed an explosive charge.

That sly son of a-

He reached and grasped the bomb in an attempt to toss it to the sky, but he was a few seconds too late. It had only left his palm by a few inches before detonating. The loud blast reverberated in Vex's ears causing him to squeeze his eyes in pure agony. His hearing was gone for the moment and his vision was blurry as he tried to re compose himself. Shaking off the distortion in his vision he noticed the soldier sprinting away. He neared closer and closer to the door towards his escape route.

"Not so fast!"

He announced loudly unable to hear his own volume. His injured hand trembled reaching towards his utility belt at his waist as he tossed a steel weighted rope towards his ankles. It wasn't as accurate as he wanted it to be due to the proximity and radius of the bomb, but it have to work for the moment.

"Why are you here? Who are you really?!"

Stopping a few feet from the door the Steel weighted rope wraps around his legs with his back still turned to him Jyasim answered his questions, "What im doing here is none of your concern", he turns around holding his glock 18 aiming it at the mask mans head he continued, "you can call me, the Dealer". As Jyasim keeps his glock 18 pointed at his head using his exo suits power he violently rips the rope in pieces with just his legs and said to him, "you will find out soon enough who we are"! as he finishes his sentence a Hydra Ravjet flys over head and turns around near the side of the building as a 50mm minigun aimed at the masked man! "Im afraid my time staling you is over, im a very busy man and i must be leaving now". The Ravjet turns around and opens its ramp in the back, the Hydra spec ops that came from down stair get on the Ravjet and Jyasim steps on the Ravjets ramps he yells to the masked man saying, "we shall meet again soon"!
