Due to The massive Financial depression, Most people resulted to violence to make a profit for themselves , and That was Unhealthy For, cultures such as The Americans.
Thats when One Man Named Robert Cloud Stepped Into The Picture. When He was Younger He used To sell Drugs and he made a Large profit off of it. so He decided to Make a Group consisting Of Drug dealers which was Called " The Black Spades Corporation". The made A mass Amount of Money, which They Distributed towards Poor Countries, such as Africa, and South America. They were Capable of doing this because of The large amount Of money being received from Drug Transactions.
After years Of selling Drugs As Their Man Objective, The Black Spade Corporation wanted To Become More military based, so They hired a Few Drill sergeants To train A couple Of The Black Spade Corps Members. The One's Who were interested in becoming Mercenaries of The corporation, were allowed to take The training drills. These merc's were one Of the Key Core profits Of the Black spades. Any Secret Service Government Officials etc , that needed extra soldiers to take care of a Job, called the black spades to handle that specific mission, for a Reasonable fee.
The Mercenary Project worked out so well, that The B.S.C decided to Make a heroes For Hire project. This all started out as a Experiment. The Black Spade Corps Hired Scientist to Create a Type of Serum That could enhance The Merc's Abilities . But the first wave of test Subjects gained and overload of power. So one Of the foundations members recommended that we start a heroes for hire program , anyone who needed a hero to patrol a specific area could hire a hero at a specific fee per month or year.
