Avarice Enterprises- the tallest building in the world. Reaching the three-quarters of a mile mark, it is a powerful marker in scientific studies along with much more. Founded in 1850- and starting out as a small building- it quickly became a notoriously popular manufacturer for everything from 'dollies' that could come to life to supercomputers capable of mind control (obviously not back in 1850) it has also been the hub of many different crimes. However, the CEO's abilities made him able to completely erase any memory of the crime and make him untraceable.
Yes sir, Mr. Avarician sir!
The Avarician is a billionaire who has ruled over Avarice Enterprises since it first opened. By quickly purchasing stock in certain companies when the stock market opened (foretelling the future in a ceremonial ritual to learn which ones to buy into) he swiftly became the richest man in the nineteenth century. Due to this, he was able to expand his tower to unimaginable heights.
Later on, when other superhumans arose, the Avarician decided it was time to take over his loyal employee's minds. While still retaining their personalities, every single worker at Avarice Enterprise is completely loyal to the Avarician till death. This was back in the 1920's. However, he has granted them eternal youth.
Branches of Avarice
Science
Avarice Enterprises leading branch. All machines are directly controlled by Avarician's magic, and as such no electricity bills are charged to the building- same goes for water bills. This enables the companies full income to go straight to scientific research.
However, this branch has completely no accomplishments. Everything made by the science industry is completely done because of Avarician's magic- more specifically, the Generator.
The Generator was a battery powered by the Avarician in 1976. It is a massive storage of the Avarician's power that he must refill every five years, and is found at the heart of the tower. In an advanced, genie-style system, a 'scientist' goes up to it and asks it about a certain concept for a device, and provides the outer shell of it. Then, a telepathic message is sent to the Avarician, and he can allow a portion of the Generator to produce that energy in a matter of minutes.
Entertainment
This is what the company actually makes. From dolls to racecars, the company makes it all, and is a leading contributor to most childrens toys- giving it a friendly public appearance as well as actually being productive with its sciences. It distributes these toys all across the world.

The Tower
The tower is an impressive 220 floors- a good 20 of the floors just being Avarician's private quarters, where he keeps priceless artifacts he has 'borrowed' from throughout the years. The other 200 floors are evenly distributed 50-50 floors for each. The other 100 floors provide luxurious lounges for the city's wealthier people.
While most lounges feature different coloring and a couple other dynamic features, this is the basic archetype for the several private meeting rooms.
The front desk area of Avarice Enterprises is where the secretary plans meetings and keeps track of deliveries.
The science facility is strictly locked to the public, and one must require specific permission to go there from the Avarician. Each scientist owns an office similar to the one below.
The security office is world class- after all, a master wizard runs the place. The security cameras identify all threats, and Avarician is reported to immediately. As such, there is no security office- just security cameras.
The toy factory is an entirely different building all together. The toys are made in this building- the 50 floors given to them in the Tower was merely for shipping and handling purposes.
Security
While the Avarician is the main security officer, he doesn't attack the criminals himself. Instead he shall most likely send a worker to deal with it- or conjure up some beast from a different dimension. His personal favorite is simply called the 'Guard Dog'-
While giving a frightening appearance the Guard Dog keeps the peace in the Tower. Weighing a healthy 600 pounds and reaching a tall man's elbow in height, it is strong enough to tear through solid steel and can run at up to 40 miles an hour. Each of its teeth is approximately 5 inches long and sharp enough to leave a mark in a stone without trying. The point is- not a lot of people break the rules.
The Rules
- All CVnU rules apply.
- Keep damage at a minimum.
- Sell the Guard Dog.
- This place is free to visit- after all, 100 floors are just for lounges.
