@acer_: Chameleon (is that the ninja with everyone's powers?) is quite the most epic character. If he was on a game, he would be the greatest antagonist. Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Rain, Ermac, Reptile and all those other ninjas combined into one.

They are different studios to be fair, DC just lack balls. They produce Batman after Batman, Superman after Superman, and then Batman Vs Superman. Too afraid to branch out with something exotic.

@pyrogram: I've given up. I kinda stopped being a comic fan back when the Batwoman crew resigned. Now I read stuff that catches my eye from time to time but I'm not really a consistent consumer of comic books like I use to be.

The Justice League movie is gonna suck, calling it now.

@strigidae_23: I don't read anything save for Green Arrow (Figures, huh? Haha). WW could work, if it did, it'd be amazing. Just imagine how innovative a movie like that could be?

@pyrogram: I wouldn't doubt that you read Green Lantern to be honest.I like the Rock , he is a good actor not a great actor but he can do it I think.

@pyrogram: You know, I don't think a WW movie needs to be innovative and I don't think its a big risk either. More than almost any other comic character WW is about fighting. Batman solves crimes, Superman lives on a farm and is a reporter but WW finds the enemy and fights the enemy. That's been shown to be an extremely reliable formula at the theaters. A movie staring an attractive woman, lots of fight scenes, and lots of explosions seems kinda.. destined for success.

@strigidae_23: Ha! Yeah that's all true. I think the setting is what could be cool, but we've seen a semi-warrior kinda thing in Thor and it didn't bomb. So I don't know why they don't make a dedicated Wonder Woman movie. Only question is when was the last warrior woman movie? I mean we've got women who fight (Lara etc.) but in that type of role? Xena... Can't really think of many others.

Maybe they are too scared of trying it. Not thinking a female can lead a combat-heavy role. Or maybe I just don't watch enough movies and there are loads of female fighters. *Shrugs* It escapes me why they don't make WW...

Funnily enough, they could have gotten Gina Carano to play WW.

@pyrogram: Maybe fifteen years ago I could have seen that as a valid reason. Now even major stars are playing female action heroes in major blockbusters. The audience is clearly there.

@michel_wilshere: She's attractive, and more toned than the one they chose. I'd say yeah!
