History
Thomas 'Tommy' Bastion was born into an abusive household. His parents, Gordon and Pamila Bastion, were of French descent, and were heavy drinkers. Every night, they'd take their rage out on Tommy for various reasons- the bills were high, they lived in a seedy part of Gothic, etcetera. They'd always find a reason to beat their youngest child. Tommy's older brother, Eddy, was part of a street gang, and managed to stay away from the wrath of Gordon and Pamila.
At the age of eight years, Eddy decided to help out his younger sibling. Teaching his younger brother to pickpocket and do a few other small tricks to stay out of the house and keep his parents happy, Eddy soon became a role model to Tommy, and when Tommy was twelve, he was taught some basic street fighting and how to use a gun. While not very safe for a child of his age, Tommy was a natural at it, and Eddy (with the rest of the gang, the Snakebites) decided to make him a full member of the gang. He helped rob small stores and even darker deeds- thinking this was perfectly ok.
One day, however, a rival gang decided to do a drive by of their base of operations. As machine gun bullets tore through the walls of their small shack of a home, several members of the small gang died- including Tommy's brother, Eddy. Tommy was only 15, and swore vengeance against the gang that did this. Arming himself to the teeth, he went to where they were hiding out- and killed all of them. He suddenly became the top of his own gang, even though he was the youngest member still, and made sure nobody dared to mess with the gang again- now called Eddy's Angels, in honor of his brother.
The next year, Gothic's leaders announced a brand new nuclear reactor that would open near where Tommy lived. However, as where Tommy lived was in such a seedy part of town, hardly anyone cared- and the ones that did, were powerless against it. The reactor was built, and for a short while Gothic thrived.
Unfortunately, the thriving boost in energy didn't last long. A unknown maniac went and blew up the reactor, killing everyone Tommy knew and almost killing Tommy too.
When the doctors in HAZMAT suits started showing up, Tommy was covered in third degree burns and his skin was reacting wildly to radiation poisoning- but he was barely alive. As they put Tommy in a vibranium suit, he was showed off to the whole wide world as some sort of sideshow freak, supposed to be the 'future of the military'. It was around this time they discovered Thomas Bastion was a mutant, with the power to survive atomic energies. However, Tommy regained his consciousness sooner than imagined. Enraged, he escaped from the medics, before losing his consciousness and waking up a day later- injected with more tubes and wires than an electrical outlet. Forced to embrace this new life in a suit provided by one of Gothic's wealthiest- a Mister Branden Grey- he left to go find his calling.
Over the next twelve years, Tommy built new technology and suits, trained in martial arts, and much, much more. Starting out as a mercenary, Tommy quickly learned about morals, and how to live his life like a law-abiding citizen. Finally, Tommy reluctantly became a hero- but still admires a good paycheck.
A little while later, Tommy joined SWORD. Helping out any way he could, he soon found himself ascending ranks rather quickly, soon becoming one of the directors for the organization. Alas, SWORD did not make it, so Tommy found himself joining another line of work, on a legitimate 'super-hero' team. Still shaky on the term 'super hero' he joined the Champions of Peace, whom he aids to this day.
One day, during an expedition in the Himalayan mountains, Tommy found a pit of magical liquid that could heal nigh-anything. Using this, he made his skin back to a normal texture. Keeping the benefits of using atomic energy manipulation, but losing the side effect of being covered in burns.

- Atomic- If his suit is pierced, atomic radiation gas leaks out, weakening him and/or hurting people around him.
- Martial Arts- 12 years of Martial Art training is pretty good.
- Guns Prowess- He is skilled in nearly every style of gun form. He specially cares for and carries a large pistol that fires huge, .55 caliber bullets that explode on contact in a puff of atomic radiation.
- Atomic Energy Manipulation- Atomikill can do insane things with his power in atomic radiation. This includes-
- Absorbing Atomic Energy (Granting him increased strength, speed, etc.)
- Channeling it into Energy Blasts
- Making Bombs
