In the 19th Century the surrounding continents rushed to the "motherland" and stripped it of it's gold it's oil and other natural resources; furthermore the countries boundaries were set up so that rival tribes; were forced to live with one another with this set up Africa was doomed; and has always been doomed.
However the world power has been shifted, after Darkchild drove Gambler out of France, the Cajun set up shop in Africa; it only took a mere months for the continent to unite under the direction of Gambler and his Rosai Sands. Being the Cultural center for most of the world's resources the U.N grew cautious and began to watch The Utopia closely. As things began to look up for Africa; the final cord was struck when Jean announced that he and the Ninjan Queen; Ziccarra Liafador had married.
