Stark was never that good at Hand-to-Hand combat relative to the rest of the Meta-Human community, he always relied on his suits and the little training and power-boost that the Peak serum had given him, however he had now found himself in a position where he did not have access to more than one suit at a time and did not know where he would find his next power-up, He needed more than his intermediate combat training, upon leaving as a CEO his goals were simple -
- Find inner and spiritual peace after the heartache he had caused himself
- Dedicate a considerable amount of time into developing his physical body without the suit
- Defeat the president, or at-least help
- Travel into Venezuela possibly and lead a rebellion under-cover
And a few others that were less time-consuming, but possibly more important, for example finding peace with his son @dexter_stark who he had not seen in 15 years.
Stark decided for the next week he would train nearly solely to build up his neurological and muscle memory pathways to make him more have more efficiency in combat without the suit, he was going to go one-step further than train his muscles and even mind, he was going to train his nervous system directly, for a week straight he would instead of sleep - Get horizon to go into his mind and directly re-jig his nervous system to learn, adapt and repair quicker than usual so he could gain more experience and bodily perfection in combat around 5x faster than the average human, so a one week course would become a 5 week hardcore training session.
However for this training he would travel up-to the mountains in India where the infamous and famous in other parts of the world Gurkha's trained, they trained in conditions that physically made the body more strong by living in a an altitude that increases their red-blood cells meaning they can out-perform most standard humans, Stark would train here for a single week, which would equate to five.

Once he had had arrived in the country he was greeted by an old SAS friend who was a meta-human gona rogue from an old US Military/British Royal Marine task division now turned trainer for the Gurkha army.
He had promised to train stark.
The man was a ruthless killer and one of the best ( supposedly ) Combat trainers in the world, he would beat what he could into stark with pure brutal training. Tony had agreed to let the man do whatever he thought was right....this..would not turn out that great...

Day one..
"TONY YOU COWARD GET THE FU**" UP!" The Ex-SAS Vet towered above Tony as he shouted frantically at him, Tony waved him off but before he could finish the man grabbed him by the shoulders, kneed him in the stomach then repeatedly punched him in the face, Tony would have repaired from this damage but he had restricted access to his Peak serum for the week. The Ex-SAS Vet continued beating Tony until he managed to kick him off violently, the two broke out into a scuffle that Tony had no chance of winning, he left the battle with a broken nose, 4 broken ribs, a collapsed lung and a shattered kidney. He used the Peak serum to heal himself the next-day quickly even though he had sworn against it.
The next day..
Tony had awoken one hour sooner than before, he did not know what the man was planning today but he was going to catch him unaware by hiding on the roof with some special magnet thing he had made, he waited for the man for over an hour, he was just about to drop when something rolled into the room. Staring at it...His eyes widened as a flash-bang had just been thrown in, this made Stark fall to the ground, and get beaten mercilessly again and again as he attempted to defend against the vile beating...he suffered worse injuries than yesterday..
Day three..
Stark was allowed a full days rest in a way, he was told to sit at the highest summit of the mountain and use horizon to train his mind and nervous system without breaking concentration, doing this awake would benefit him far more than doing so as-sleep.
Horizon created a virtual reality for Tony inside of his head, Tony liked ninjas so he decided to fight them in his mind for over 12 hours that day, total accumulated hours taking into account the Horizon effect meant it was over 60 hours of pure training. This was going to help him heavily on the fourth day.
Day four..
Stark was awoken, today he was allowed to sleep properly, the SAS Vet was teaching him how to anticipate attacks and understand how the opponents body would move in such a way it would reveal their intentions before they had even attacked, to initiate this training he was going to get Tony to fight a different array of people, all day Tony fought without a break against over 50 people, being forced to watch in a grueling accumulated 50 hours of combined training on the fourth day now his totaling up to now over 200 hours of training, he could already feel himself getting stronger physically and mentally.
Day Five and six
These days where virtually the same, Tony got up - trained for over 50 hours and fallen back to sleep, over 100hours of training was done on the 5th and 6th day. He had defeated the Gurkha best also in a 1V10 attack, that had made him feel very proud.
Day seven..the last day..
Stark had been trained for this for the last six days, totaling over 300 hours of training in his awake state alone, he was now stronger than he had ever been before. His nervous system was at its peak and optimum level however he had one final challenge, he was told to kill his SAS master - His master why dying from Aids, he wanted a easy way out with honor.
Stark circled his trainer, sneering at him he charge forward with a volley of punches aimed at his head as a distraction when in reality he was going to attempt to break the mans knee with a well placed kick then swing his foot back round with a kick at his opposite ankle, taking the man off his feat.
The Veteran let the few punches connect with his head as he buckled backwards but absorbed the damage, he then grabbed starks foot that had attempted to break his knee and spun Stark around and given him 5 quick punches to the back, Stark retorted too this with a spinning elbow aimed at the mans head then attempting to put his arms on the mans shoulders, jump-over him and attempt a scissor grip hold with his feet all in one move, This worked, he hoped over the man, grabbing his head in his feet as his master struggled, twisting his legs round he heard a crack as the man was mercy killed before Aids did the job.
Stark walked away from that fight a better man, that was not the hardest fight he had had, that was pretty simple, but the hundreds of hours of training would make his job taking down the presidents secret service if he needed to engage in Hand To Hand that little bit easier...hopefully..
