Tips on how to be a "Major Fans"?

I was one a single update for like a 1/2 hour honestly adding things, I felt maybe I should of just kept the window open and ate and stuff, then save it.... Please tell me is I was just a little short of waiting because its time sensitive.

I think Major Fan requires you to earn 1000 points on a single edit/submission.
(Someone correct me if I'm wrong though >_>)

I got at least 1700 points with no pictures for 3700 words about. So that is a good range of what you need to type.
