" @Captain Cascader said:I know right!! the quest to get your page going for rpgers is just a sucky one ;p"Quests are not retroactive."*shakes fist in the air* CURSES!!!
I was on most the X-Men character apges yesterday when adding the new solicatation covers :p "
Okay, maybe I'm just not getting it, but I'm trying to understand this and someone please correct me if I'm wrong: Since joining Comic Vine I've built up nearly 40,000 points in contributions to this site (over 1,000 in the last week), but I log on today and suddenly I'm a "Level 1" newbie. So now I have to 'prove' myself all over again? Am I completely alone in thinking this is total BS?
I'm enjoying this whole thing, even though I just went through about 30 pages of X-Men arcs and still haven't gotten the last two. Grrh.

I like this. Bars at the bottom seem to be the new cool thing in web design, thanks to facebook. Only thing is that now the header with the search bar looks kinda empty. Other than that, the quest system looks like it was a lot of work to implement, so congratulations on getting it done! I'm sure people will go crazy for those experience points ;)
Hmn. I don't really get it, but it seems like a lot of people are having fun with it! I miss having my controls in the header though. And can't there be a way to choose whether or not we want to participate in this? I'm not interested in playing myself, but now I'm stuck with "level 1" on my profile page as if I have something to prove again. I've already contributed plenty to the wiki and now I'm a newbie again? Just doesn't seem right to me.

If you've made submissions you get points, and thats were the real reward lies in doing subs. If anything the quest helps people start subbing or to get back into it.
