I am 100% out of ideas I have attempted everything I can think of on here and on google to finish the quest.

I've been through all of my images and none of them have 5 comments, so perhaps the Mona Lisa quest is 5 across all of your images...  
 
Either that or it's bugged...

As far as I know there is only one person to get the high brow art quest and that's the guy who made the quest... I say we either bribe him or hunt him down.
