Limited Edition Quests Showing

Not sure if this classifies as a bug or not, but are the limited edition quests supposed to stick around after they expire if they're not completed? I only joined a couple of weeks ago, but all of the limited edition quests have been expired since Dec, 2010 and they're just sitting there :/

Yes, I'm afraid they do just sit there & take priority.
