Late Night Cram quest?

I thought it might have expired, but I browsed the activity feed and I saw that someone had gotten it. So now I know that you can still achieve this quest, I'm wondering what I'm doing incorrectly. 
 
I've visited the Best Buy page and haven't gotten the quest, but was there a specific link we had to go? 
 
And does it depend on your location? I don't live in the US.

edit only to add: I think there's supposed to be a link, since it says to 'click' on the quest page.
 
edit months later; I finally got it. I had to disable half of my addons to get it, tho.

 turn off adblock plus then there is a link to click
