I'm on the Bat Exterminator quest and can't figure out 1 of the villains I've got joker, penguin, riddler, ivy, freeze,scarecrow, ra's,croc, 2-face, and can't figure the last one it's not hatter, cat-woman,bane,clayface
The one your missing is a fairly new villain, not new but newer than the others on the list. But since we're not supposed to give the direct answer I'll leave you with this clue.
