Going Batty

I can't for the life of me find the second batman, I was convinced it was Azrael, because he took over after Bane broke Batman's back, but when I go on Azrael's page, it doesn't tick him off. Help would be appreciated. Oh, and one of Batman's gadgets, the 5th one. Thank you

Be careful there are two Azrael's on comicvine, the current one his on the actual Azrael page, you need to use the first one's real name to get his page

Batman doesn't use it, the GCPD have it on their roof to signal Batman
