I think a lot of the glitches finally worked themselves out on the 1984 quest (I had completed all of the quests but they never showed up) Today I got a pop up saying I completed the set and it it does indeed show them all completed. But if I click on the quest to learn more it still has Friend of the State greyed out and not check marked. Confusion?
