did u guys really do the quests in comicvine.com ?

just wanna know. this is like an "extra" feature in a forum..which is fun. besides in other forum u gain rank by post count instead of experience.

Yes, a lot of people do the quests. That's kinda how they got popular and stayed.

You think you have a choice of whether to do quests or not? You know how many quest points i've gotten just browsing comicvine?

No. No one does them at all.

I don't do them.
The only way I get quest points is from browsing CV.
I think it's kind of a waste of time, IMO. -shrug-

I like the knowledge based ones, ones which make you think about Trivia, rather than 'watch this video' ones.  But I can see how they're also used to get people more involved and explore the site more so I don't mind so much.

Uh, no. The purpose of this thread is asking if you do the quests or not. And I dont, So i answered no. It's my opinion. I don't have anything against the people who do the quests. "

some i'll do but if i have no clue what the answer is even after looking at people's hints i'll give up on that one.

I kinda like that there are clever ways to advance... through post counts, quests, wikipoints, etc. Each appeal to a different mindset.

when ever the new quests pop put i try to do them because of the extra points.the older ones i do when im bored

I employ a team of chimpanzees to do all my quests for me. Way easier. Well, you know, except when they don't actually do the quests and look my banana sites and monkey porn.  
 
They are great time and boredom killers though.
