So far, I have Power Girl: Power Trip and I'm planning to read Power Girl #13-27 and Harley Quinn and Power Girl after it finishes or gets a trade.

JSA vs Kobra comes to mind, though it's more a Mr. Terrific book. The last issues of Earth 2 werein PG fights Darkseid and puts a temporary hurting on him work, save for the editing to save Darkseid, (i.e. the eye PG gouged out heals between panels with no explanation. Still, she pushed through hi Omega beams to do so, and later outruns them, something only the Flashes have done before AFAIK)

Sadly, that's her best fight scene. Books where she's done well otherwise include some of the JLE run, JLI: Generation Lost, and a few Superman titles. They range from funny to serious, though none are really Harley Quinn style.
