Comic Vine Podcast 4-11-14
The Bendis Daredevil story ignores the Waid run as if it didn't happen and takes place in Bendis/Brubaker/Diggle universe like End of Days did.
@jonny_anonymous: It says on the first page:
"The second story is by Brian Michael Bendis and Alex Maleev whose four year run remains one of the most acclaimed in the book's history. Where this story falls in relation to that run or other possible futures remains up to you."

Yea I know but that basically just means Bendis wanted to tell a story on his own
@madeinbangladesh: you are the best

@inferiorego: @g_man: @undeadpool Do you guys not think that making Iron Fist asian is kinda worse tho? Making Marvel's first asian superhero be the kung fu guy is a step backwards rather than a step forwards imo also I would say Danny being white is a big deal to the character since he's meant to be this total air head blonde white rich guy outsider in a foreign culture.
Oh and I'm Scottish so you can try and do an impression of that next time lol.
@inferiorego: Lmao...it's funny how you hate Skrillex, but like Lady Gaga when they are both spin-offs of the same genre which is electric dance.
@g_man: Tony, the Robot Chicken DC Special 2 aired last Sunday not this coming Sunday. I seen it last weekend, it was pretty hilarious. I loved it! I did get to read Nightcrawler by the way, and I loved it especially the art.
Good podcast guys!
The relaunch of Suicide Squad ,and Teen Titans proves that DC needs there kid ,and villain Justice Leagues.
I really like this podcast but I have a bit of a complaint: sometimes the discussions of the books really suffers from the hosts being so spoiler phobic. A great example of this is during this week's discussion of Invincible 110 where we get to hear phrases like "the first thing" and "the second thing" over and over again and then they just abruptly stop discussing it because they can't say any more without spoilers.
Why don't they just do spoiler warnings and then go ahead and discuss stuff fully? The way they do it now can be incredibly frustrating to listen to. Or is there a different spoiler-full podcast and I'm just listening to the spoiler free one?
@barnumyay: I think we addressed this. Spoiling means people won't buy most of the times. I'm always seeing comments from people saying they don't know or don't read/buy a book but want someone to pm them spoilers. I also mentione that we have loads of listeners that don't buy books on Wednesdays or even each and every week. We get such a minuscule number of comments compared to downloads. Not everyone wants spoilers. Lots of emails have thanked us for that.
I agree with Mat, the Scott/Wolverine segment in All New X-Men was awesome and the Jean/Wolverine one was lame. Personally, I thought it was still a great (not perfect) book with a good payoff that I hope to see fleshed out more in the future. Go Team Mat!
@g_man: Yeah, I posted my comment mid-listen and mid-frustration when you guys didn't really discuss Invincible much because you didn't want to spoil it, before you actually talked about this issue in the show. I understand the reasoning for it, I just don't like it. I guess I have to get used to it.
I haven't heard anything about what you guys thought on how abrupt Superior Spider-Man ended. You guys were off that week. It was like in 2 panels. I'm bad, your good, take over. I had whiplash that happened so fast. What's your take Tony, Corey, Mat? Enlighten us.

Please explain why Team Mat is the saddest. Are you saying it because of:
- The team
- The outcome of the discussion
- The fans
