Youtube Drama, a War is Coming!

The situation is like so; The channel Screen Junkies, known for their Honest Trailers, has 'stolen' the concept of one of Jeramy from CinemaSins' side shows, Before and After. Not only did they steal the idea though, they also had it extremely sponsered and filled with ads. Now this may just sound like random b!tching (Which in the grand scheme of things, it is.), but here's the catch. The two channels have worked closely together before and were considered 'friends', so it's not just like Jeramy saw some random person's video and got mad. There's also the fact when Jeramy accidentally done something similar to the Screen Junkie's, he apologized and changed the vid. The Junkies even told him to contact them if they ever did the same.

(I'm really not the best at explaining things, just watch the video.)

What do you all think of this situation? Is Jeramy being a crybaby? Or did Screen Junkies do something wrong?

You should have seen the comments on the screen junkies vid yesterday. There were civil war and jeremy/screen junkies hashtags with flame wars sparked on either side. The like bar was split in two. It was on the cusp of the film parody youtuber war. I'm making it a lot more dramatic than it was xD. It's finished now anyway. Short-lived af.

I don't watch either channel.

I checked YT, and he deleted it.

I saw someone comment over the video and got the jist. BUt yeah, both of them deleted their videos. CS deleted the rant and SJ deleted their review. I want to side with CS on this one but it's hard cus honestly you can't really copy such a trivial format. He might have come up with it but just like Let's Plays, they become things other people can copy (unless you got a great Lawyer). Heck, there are a ton of after shows now a days which Collider copied from this other channel (which even then wasn't an original concept made by them.). But I saw the SJ video, not only was it not funny but the whole thing was just an ad for hte car they were driving. I'd watch CS Before and After before I'd watch an SJ one again.

I wonder if there's one movie that CinemaSins doesn't find to be wrong...

I understand where you are coming from, but in his video he mentioned how SJ got mad over a series he made that was comparable to theirs, and Jeremy quickly admitted to his mistake and stopped making the series. Jeremy was honest when it came to making his videos and owned up to his mistakes if he made something unoriginal. It was only just for SJ to do the same.

Well then this is a case of hypocrisy and I'll side with CS.
