Out of the ones listed, MvC3 is my choice (with Arkham Asylum 2 a close second), but my most wanted game this year is probably Metroid: Other M, to be honest.
I wouldn't really know, as I'm not really on the video game curcuit, but the ones I'm anticipating the most are Arkham Aslyum 2, and CoD: Black Ops (which, as far as I know, is the most anticipated)

The first two games didn't set on Earth, or even the solar system. Earth is mentioned, and can be scanned from your ship, but can't be docked on the planet. If my guess is correct: I believe Mass Effect 3 might set on Earth.

i didn't forget, i just assumed that most of us (like myself, and everyone i know personally) are through with Halo, it's run it's course and the series is over, it's dead

I think both GE and PD are classics but PD definitely had better gameplay improvements from GE and far more weapons and options. But GE set the template for FPS's dominating on consoles....

I haven't been keeping up with E3, but it's good to hear news on the game. I'm a Bioware fan, as well.
@Bio Guyver: Awesome. I've been obsessed with their games since BG, but KoTOR really sealed the deal. They're currently working on more DLC for Dragon Age and now ME3 (Project Wombat. I love their code names.) Also, they've been approached for script treatments for Mass Effect and Dragon Age: Origins.

Script treatments? You mean the film adaptation? I heard Legendary Pictures was going to produce; they're even producing a reboot version of a classic favorite of mine: Godzilla.
Yeah, KOTOR and DA were awesome, though Mass Effect is my favorite franchise. Project Wombat lol?
