Yeah, I wasn't speaking about you personally, it's just that many don't even give them a chance, they just hate them because they're remakes of movies they like. Personally, I liked the Friday remake, the series hasn't been very interesting since Part 6, this was a good re-imagining of Jason, really portrays him as a person who grew up in the wilderness, he's smart, can set traps, can use many types of weapons like throwing axes or bows/arrows, and most importantly, actually runs after his victims instead of slowly walking behind them and somehow appearing around the corner. It wasn't a perfect movie, but to me, it was good for what it was, a hockey masked wearing killer going around slaughtering horny teens in the woods.

Oh, no I agree, people don't give them a chance. I just like to watch something before I judge it... Except Human Centipede.

I think its because the original already got through.Thats mainly why I voted for Hitch.I think the remake Jason is okay.

The Human Centipede was horrible not really because of the gore but more of the narrative of the film.The second is much more gory.
