I'm in my house alone, it's pitch black outside, my lights keep flickering, gale force winds beat heavy snowfall against my bedroom window and here I am reading my big leather bound hardback Necronomicon.

H.P Lovecraft was one creepy guy.

Sounds like an Alan Wake novel.

@Jonny_Anonymous: Oh I know. I want to buy that exact edition. Both of them, cause there's two.

I have the complete works, but alas. No Necronomicon. D: I do have Army of Darkness Omnibus, 1+ 2 though. So those keep Evil Ash from licking me like he did to Ash's girlfriend Sheila.

Not many things scare me but H.P. Lovecraft totally does.

@Jonny_Anonymous: How far in on the first one?

#15 Posted by YourNeighborhoodComicGeek (20425 posts) - - Show Bio

@Jonny_Anonymous:

I think I read the one about the guy who murdered the old man, then hid his body under the floor (in which he heard his heart beating and turned insane).

Didn't take it was really scary though.

The Shadows Over Innsmouth, featuring the Deep Ones is a interesting read.
