Wyclef Jean, what a swell guy?

Apparently he raised over $16 million for the relief effort in the wake of the Haiti Earthquake, the problem is that only 1/3 of the money that was raised was used for the Haitian relief effort and the rest was used for, well whatever Wyclef wanted to use it for.
