Wow the mods are fast at locking threads

my lord wenjun CHEW thread got locked in about a minute. The question is why it got locked and i demand a link.

I respect the mods that'll leave a comment before they lock it. I hate it when they give no explanation because the reason is 'obvious' for them and I guess it supposed to be for us too

Sometimes. I also agree that a comment should always be left first. And this will probably be locked too.

@jayc1324: @russellmania77: This question has been asked before and if I recall correctly the mods said that they don't bother adding a comment to a thread which is blatantly lockworthy, and that adding a comment would also bump the thread.

I was about to post until I realized it had been locked.

@mysticmedivh: Who cares if it bumps the thread if its about to be locked? That reason makes no sense.

And it's blatantly lockworthy to them but not to everyone else. Perhaps the person is new or does not understand why their thread is against the rules. There needs to be a reason given.

@jayc1324: If it's something inappropriate then bumping it would mean it would mean it would get views, that was, I believe, the reason given.

@elderskaar: Now you are banned for two weeks. How many times have you been warned? Don't create a bunch of threads about a former CV user, and your tendency for making pointless, silly, troll threads is a habit that got your former account karma banned, don't carry over that habit to this account either please.

Next time if you want to know why a thread is locked, ask a moderator, don't be a drama queen and don't create more threads that will just be locked. Its a waste of everyones time. Have two weeks to contemplate such things, maybe do some yoga or something.
