@bruxae: Curious, how tall are you, and do you think women are more likely to pass on men shorter then them?
Personally I wouldnt pass on anyone just because they are shorter then me if I really liked them. But I do get attracted to people who are taller then me alot easier - but it has more to do with the fact that I like a man and not a boy rather then their height, if they were also skinnier and/or physically weaker then me it would be an issue but just being shorter on its own isnt really a big deal. But thats my taste, I know women who prefer small girly boys, and I also know some people who exclusively date giant packages of muscle (the really vain bimbo's tend to do this). But for the most part I think women simply dont care aslong as they like the person, atleast not as often as a man would care due to his pride.
The only thing it really affects in the end is the cuddle factor, it can be a bit awkward to snuggle a man who looks like a midget compared to you, but he wont unless you are -alot- taller, an inch or two is not a big deal.
I am 5'11 so I am quite far above average for a woman, but then again I think swedes all together is taller on average, so it doesnt end up as annoying as it sounds.
