Would Wolverine be able to use the Eight Gates

I have no idea where else to put this, but me and a friend were having a discussion, and at some point this came up.

Assuming he had all the proper knowledge and abilities necessary for accessing the Eight Gates Technique, would he receive benefit from them/how would they affect him. The Eight Gates work by pushing the human body beyond it's limits to access extreme power. So would these gates effect a man who heals at superhumanly fast rates? And would his healing factor allow the limiters to be removed from his body?

@zthegreat1578: Technically no, but theoretically yes. Logan doesn't produce any chakra, making it impossible for him to ever perform the technique, but if he could, his own healing factor would limit most of the negative effects. His body would temporarily be immense pain but he would not die if he used all eight gates.
