Would this be legal?

I want to put in my will that I want my corpse strung up like a marionette puppet for a dead body puppet show at my funeral.

I think there are laws against desecrating bodies. I don't know if putting it in your will would make it permissible. I suppose your surviving family can always be the trial case for the issue.

I don't think so (at least in the states), I'm pretty sure your options are burial, cremation, and donation to science.

Speaking on a strictly legal basis...Most states have laws against desecrating bodies. I'm pretty sure your last wish covers that.
