Mizuki from Trinity Star Universe. I beat the game without unlocking her, after unlocking her and having her pop on the Dialogue just irked me. She simply had no reason to exist in the dialogue other than to frustrate me. It's the exact same conversation WITHOUT HER!

Sorry, mate, but I'm gonna have to disagree agree again. None of them are really crying wuss bags of useless. They all save for the world!
The most stoic is Squall again, but even then the guy will still cut you up pretty epically. Cloud, in idiot vernacular, is "emo", but he's actually in deep state of existential angst. Once again, unlike the one-dimensional Edward.

I don't know if we even played the same series of games if you are getting "deep" out of Final Fantasy. to each his own. but weren't you the guys with the Cloud avatar for a long while. I mean it's pretty obvious you like the series. and if you do that's fine. but every single character from the series has grinded straight down my spine like a chipped razorblade. ♠
@FadeToBlackBolt: I would have to disagree here. Cloud was actually normal until after he was over dosed with Mako and was comatosed. Zack messed up here, because while Cloud was comatosed, Zack was telling him a story about his life (Zack's life) and that memory was fused into Cloud's memory. Cloud was never a part of the Elite SOLDIER. He was just a Shinra guard and when Cloud woke and saw a dead Zack, he thought Zack was a Guard and that he was the SOLIDER. This was fixed until he realized all about this when he was having that serious history chat with Tifa almost right before you beat the game.
Squall was an emo, but that was because of some incident back in the past with Edea and Ellone. If I can remember correctly, I believe he thought Ellone died because of him which traumatized him and made him super quite and anal. But then again everyone of all the main characters including Edea had a memory problem, because if I remember right, If you use a GF (Guardian Force) for long periods, the user's long term memory degrades. Quistis was the 1st one to know this or at least she was the 1st to mention it in the game.
@Grand Ninja: Yeah, that's right regarding Cloud, but after he discovered his identity (after Zack basically mind raped him), he was caught in a state of existential angst trying to rebuild his own psychy as an independent consciousness, though he wasn't sure whether he wanted to himself; the anonymous grunt, or an elite SOLDIER like Zack.
Then he decided he wanted to be himself and kicked Sephiroth's *** in what can only be described as the most awesome moment in gaming ^_^
@FadeToBlackBolt: Yeah, because Cloud used to be hella cool with his personality back when he was 16(?). I believe he joined when he was 18 and stayed with Shinra for 3 years. When the game starts, he's 21 and Tifa is 22 (unless i got that backwards), but anyway, he used to tell her his dreams and stuff like teens talk about and that he'll come back for her. TIfa was originally his 1st love from the get go, and I can only feel sorry for her when she finally meets him after 3-5 years, he doesn't even recognize her. Tifa was the one responsible for places back Cloud's memories, but in the end all Cloud could think of is Aerith. =(
