#22 Posted by Venom551 (2553 posts) - - Show Bio

yeah, topher grace is cool and all but he is no Eddie Brock, ans Toby cried too much

#23 Posted by Infernopool (840 posts) - - Show Bio

I wouldn't blame topher grace i would blame Sam raimi he is the one that screwed up the movie not topher grace.

#24 Posted by Venom551 (2553 posts) - - Show Bio

no I was saying Topher Grace wasnt like big enough to Eddie, I love Topher 70's show is my fix, and yea Sam Raimi did evne like Venom said he was too unrealistic like Spider-Man is realistic.

From IMDB

Originally, director Sam Raimi vehemently opposed having Venom as a villain in the film, claiming he hated Venom's "lack of humanity," but Marvel producer Avi Arad convinced him to include the character, explaining that Venom had a strong worldwide following. Raimi eventually came to appreciate the character

#27 Posted by Venom551 (2553 posts) - - Show Bio

yeah what you said.

#31 Posted by Venom551 (2553 posts) - - Show Bio

yeah and they did a horrible job at it, no "We are Venom" and he was like a all black ooze no spider, I was sad.

#32 Posted by Irredeemable Ant-Man (104 posts) - - Show Bio

Dude Sam Raimi didn't even want Venom in the movie. He only put him in the movie because people wanted to see him in action.

#33 Posted by Irredeemable Ant-Man (104 posts) - - Show Bio

Venom looked weird to me at first because he had the webbing on his body. Also that his webbing was black instead of just being normal webbing.

#34 Posted by Venom551 (2553 posts) - - Show Bio

yeah and he didnt make a fist when he shot it he did it like Spiderman which wasnt too bad and instead of roaring he liked meowed or hissed.

#35 Posted by Irredeemable Ant-Man (104 posts) - - Show Bio

I thought his hissing or whatever was cool. The kids that were watching the movie infront of me were abit shocked when Venom came out of no where and grabbed Spider-Man.

#36 Posted by Venom551 (2553 posts) - - Show Bio

well the hissing was okay but his roars were so intimidating im sad they didnt put him in it, if they had atleast given him his spider I would have been okay with it, like the one from the game, that one would've been sweet.

Camp...we were going to see Hollywood Homicide but we arrived about 45 mins before the movie was about to start, and the women behind the counter said "it was good", Bitch! Hell no it wasn't, i would ave waited 45 days until Hollywood Homicide started if i knew it would be that bad/crap/shit/stupid.

King Kong and Lord of the Rings. I couldn't put myself through Return of the King after the snorefest of the first two. Peter Jackson is overrated IMO. Three hours of people walking, that's the plot to all his movies. Who needs three hours for a movie about a goant monkey?

The second and third Matrix movies as well while we're at it. The first one was brilliant, but I can't watch it any more because they wrecked it.

I thought Transformers was okay, all you need is giant robots fighting each other and there was plenty of that. To be honest, I think some superhero movies could learn from it (Superman Returns and the Hulk spring to mind). We don't want long detailed introspective character dramas, show me all the things that make the hero cool. Blasting things with energy beams and flying through cities at super sonic speed. You should come out wanting to be like that character, that's the appeal of them as far as I'm concerned.

#41 Posted by Deathpool (602 posts) - - Show Bio

I have too say Lord of the Rings the first movie.

#42 Posted by Girth (1041 posts) - - Show Bio

The worst I have seen was AVP (Aliens vs Predator).

#47 Posted by Lantern Prime (13044 posts) - - Show Bio
