What do you think the sexiest accent in the world is?
World's sexiest accents?
To be honest, it fluctuates with the person.
Got to admit, I'm English, and a girl with a well spoke, posh accent appeals to me.... second would be French

Right. Any accent could be hot....except Southern Dixie. Or Bostonian. Or Irish/Welsh. Or Caribbean. Or broken-English in stereotypical east Asian. I'm picky.

Funky as in good or bad?

British English with French as a close second, my least favorite is Sourthern (American) accents, they just sound so...ew.

For me it's the type of voice, not the accent.
Agreed. Depending on how the person actually sounds can either ruin accents or make them desirable. And accents can come and go depending on the environment and people they hang with. The voice generally stays the same.
Also a stereotype timid Japanese accent for a woman is a turn on... Especially if she turns out to be a ninja!!!!!
I took a trip to England about a few years ago, and was shocked to find out that a couple of people liked my accent. I'm American, I thought it was quite the twist when I HAD THE ACCENT. Also while trying to learn spanish my then girlfriend who is of spanish decent made fun of my american accent when trying to speak spanish
It's wierd if you think about it, while living in your nataive country you don't think you have an accent (and perhaps you technically don't) but when you go somewhere else, I guess you do, unless those few british people were just messing with me.
Anywho I like the spanish and italian accents and celtic accents.
british accent. and an exceptional example: claudia black. voice of morrigan (DA) and chloe in uncharted.
@Joygirl: ugh romanians dont have accents. trust me im one. the only differences in our languages (eng and ro)are a few grunt-like letters. maybe it sounds a little like some other latin languages like french italian only manlier. all of the attempts at ro on screen were a bit high pitched and with an italian accent.
I don't know if I find voices sexy, as long as they aren't horrible, I don't see the problem...now musician's voices, those can be sexy but it has nothing to do with accent I don't think
Texans don't really have an accent that is just the stereotype, but I am flattered. I personally think British, Swedish and sometimes Russian do it for me.Texan
Wow so many people like the British accent (I should have it made considering i've got a Bond style one lol).
Anyways for me probably Swedish, Russian and Italian!
