Why is Cable Guy considered one of Jim Carrey's worst films?

It's an ok movie.

its not really a bad movie its just not as good as compared to his others. i like it though.

I liked it.Some people probably didn't like it because it contained a lot of dark humor.

I don't know. It was a success. I guess people were not used to seeing Jim doing things of a darker tone at the time.
