Why does it take women so long to go to the bathroom?

My mom was explaining this to me saying that they have more layers to take off when sitting down but that makes no sense.

I know of an appropriate (humor) response n the form of a GIF, but it is not appropriate for this website.

Well some of them do that thing where they cover the seat with TP. I always just imagined it's because they have to sit by necessity, whereas men may stand. Wasing hands may be a factor as well.
