Whoopi Goldberg excused Justin Bieber for saying the N word because apparently the N word means nothing in Canada.

So I guess only American's can't say the word now. So have fun Canadians? As everyone knows Bieber was filmed 4 years ago saying a racist joke that involved the 'N' word.. and later ANOTHER video surfaced of him singing a song of his with changed lyrics that talked about joining the KKK and 'killing N*ggers'.

Whether or not he said jokes about killing blacks depends on 1. If it was funny 2. If he meant it, or if he was joking. I have heard plenty of jokes that would sound terrible out of context, but in context were hilarious. Until I see exactly what he said and how he said, he's innocent.

I honestly don't care Justin Bieber said "N!gga" when he was a kid... now if Bieber was with some friends and beating up a black kid and calling him "N!gga" then we might have more of a problem... but just because some white folks are saying "N!gga" that doesn't bother me that much... especially now, knowing full well the type of language we black folks convey about white people in the comforts of our own homes.

I'm more p****ed over that he's done illegal stuff in other country but charges were generally dropped due to his fame. I can't wait until this celebrity culture passes, the law should be the same no matter your status.
